CORTE FRANCA, Italy (AP) — Extreme heat is pushing Italy’s Franciacorta winemakers to harvest grapes earlier than expected. Rising temperatures and low rainfall are accelerating ripening, forcing producers to adapt as they work to preserve the quality of their wines.
